Abstract

DeepFocus is an end-to-end simulation and optimization platform integrating physical modeling with ML-driven inverse optimization under biophysical constraints for deep brain stimulation of reward circuit nodes. The platform achieves over 100x efficiency improvement over state-of-the-art methods.
